Can't install, alwais path was not found, Error

I gues you are using win vista
to use this program on vista you have two choice
1- you must have write permissions on windows directory
2- use new versions of the programmer (atleast 1.6.2)

new versions does not use win folder and hence no need to write permissions..
always use newest version
