Flow chart for Automator Project

I have tried AVR bootloader HID with ATMega32 and it is working well.Now I want to try Automator with modification but is very difficult for me to understand that how the control flows. so I request "Author: Christian Starkjohann" that will you please give flow chart for "Automator project " ?
