is it possible to register the USB-Device as a standard keyboard and simultaneously communicate with the device via Feature Reports?

In this case I can accsess the feature reports, but windows doesn't recognize the keyboard as keyboard.
Has somebody a working descriptor? Or an idea how this can work?
