i dont know every thing about how to instal the soft ware (avrdude & makefile and . . .) please some body help me

You choose Avrstudio4 in a site of atmel and can make software.
I can write in the first device when I use 232 converters of FTDI with a bangbang mode.
When you use the system of the next place, in a brief device, I can write in it very early.

I employ a simple programmer by attiny2313.
