Devices work on OS X, not working on Windows XP

I've been trying to work through the examples in the library.
I've converted them to run on an ATTiny45 using the internal oscillator.

I've managed to play around with all the examples and they work fine on OS X but the hid-custom-rq won't work on Windows. I get the error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I'm guessing it might be to do with the descriptor.
How do I make sure this is correct?
Can you give me any other suggestions to help me debug this further?
