I'd like to build a timer based camera trigger.
Therefor I only need one IO-Pin and I dont want to use an ATMega8.

Is it possible to combine an ATTiny45 or ATTiny26 with the USBaspLoader?

Not just too little memory, the ATTiny x5 has no boot loader section.
