"USB device not recognized" on Eee PC

Hi!
I have CDC device based on V-Usb and good work on my Desktop PC. Now I tried to connect this device to Eee PC, and Windows says that "USB device not recognized" and says that every time when I reconnect this device. In what may be problem?
