ich bin gerade dabei etwas mit dem avr-usb aufzubauen. Gerade lese ich eure Lizenzierungen. Ich hätte Interesse an der "Hobby License". Zum einen damit ich euch für das gute Stück Software ein bissele Geld geben kann und zum anderen reizt mcih ein exclusives VID/PID Pair. Leider steht dort für maximal 5 Hardware Units.
Aber wenn ich diese shared VID/PID verwende darf ich laut den Lizensen unednlich viel "Hardware Units" erschaffen. Ich meine kontrollieren könntet ihr das ja eh nicht, aber könnte ich auch so ein VID/PID pair erhalten das ich für meine USB-Devices unbegrenzt verwenden kann?
Falls das nicht geht, wo könnte ich den noch an ein VID/PID pair herankommen?

The license is for the driver firmware, not the VID/PID pair. You get the VID/PID "for free". We must set some kind of limit for the license if we want to distinguish between commercial and hobby use. In any case, the VID/PID pair can be used on as many units as you like.
