Q1is it necessary for giving the acknowledge signals NYET signals manually which creating the test bench in quartus ii
Q2 how to differentiate between the clock speeds (global and physical)
Q3 how to initialize/ invoke the device by giving the input signal

Are you sure that these questions are related to AVR-USB (a firmware implementation of USB on AVR microcontrollers) or to a project based on AVR-USB?
