PowerSwitch toggle feature for the command line.

Hello everyone!

I needed a toggle function for powerswitch. So I played around with the code. I don't know if this is 100% correct but it Works. Any recommendations is more than welcome.

I added the option ./powerSwitch toggle <port> or ./powerSwitch toggle all.

The patch:

Do you need a code?
