Hi every one,
i suddenly started getting this error one fine day.
I dont know what to do of it.
can anyone help????? please???
avrdude: stk500v2_command(): command failed
avrdude: initialization failed, rc=-1
Double check connections and try again, or use -F to override
this check.

Is this with AVR-Doper? Are you sure that you have chosen the correct serial interface?
The serial interface assigned to AVR-Doper may change when you connect it to a different USB port or insert a hub.

no it is via RS232 serial port - com port
i am not using usb port..
