LB just dumped its (my!) clipboard history

Post by wide_eyed_pupil » Mon Mar 20, 2017 5:07 am

I dont know how this happened but last time I invoked the clipboard function there was only most recent two items in the list. I have LB set to the maximum time period, one week.

I wondered if i had accidentally hit the shortcut for Clear History but it seems like in Prefs there is only a Pref reset button no shortcut equivalent so that rules that out I guess.

I also have another clipboard history manager/helper app running (CloudClip) which shares across devices (i'm not on Sierra and latest iOS on all my devices so Apples clipboard sharing thing isn't available to me yet) and it still has it's contents (yay).

Is this s a know bug/issue?

Have you checked “Preserve history across restart” in LB Preferences > Clipboard ?

Otherwise the history will be gone when you restart LB (or the Mac).
