Not to me.
All the cool kids are rockin' Pinboard these days. They use basically the same API, so probably not hard too adapt, but I don't plan on it since I don't personally use Delicious.-

I've updated this extension with a new `Pinboard: Unread` action that just lists all your unread bookmarks. Just re-download and double-click again to overwrite the old actions if you're interested.
