Access/changes log

Post by byteworks » Thu May 12, 2011 9:33 am

With multiple webyep logins, is any way to keep a log of who changed what? I believe is quite a mandatory feature in a multi-user environment.

There is currently no way to tell who changed what. WebYep was never intended as an enterprise system for big companies, but rather as a convenient and easy to use tool for single users or small companies.
Usually you wouldn't allow more than one user to edit the same page, so this shouldn't be a problem.

Already being a customer, I guess I should stick with webyep for the site in cause, and rely on server logs for access surveillance. But I think is not that hard to implement a simple log anyway, with user login/logout, and post/delete actions.
Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion. We will consider this feature for a future version of WebYep.
