Multiple Users

Post by sampolfonz » Thu Mar 04, 2010 11:03 pm

I have been trying today to sort out how to set up specific log ins for specific pages of my web yep site.

I type in the user name and password, and then copy the path of the page I want from the browser window.

No go.....I know the web yep works because the username and password work for the site.

Any ideas? :?

First of all please be sure to use the Nightly Build of WebYep 1.5, because only this pre-release includes the multi user support.

You can find a description of the multi user configuration at
http://www.obdev.at/products/webyep/nightly.html

Please to not copy the whole URL but only the path of the page to the configuration.

I am using 1.5 pre now for the multiple users. I also want to use the latest CKEditor. Looking at the dates for the files included in the 1.5 pre they have not been updated since this was first released in july 2009. So I am assuming that CKEditor will not work with this package.

Can I use the online installer to downgrade to WebYep 1.4.6?

The URL in your post from march was broken btw. I see the page here:
