Error?

I recently received this error. can anyone tell me what it means?

"The Content Management System has found a server security problem with this web site! please contact the person who designed this website immediately!"

I am getting it as soon as I login and only on one website. which, has the same server settings as 5-6 other websites I use this system on where I don't get these errors.
