WebYep2 & TinyMCE

Hi guys,

can someone please help me getting TinyMCE work with WY2?

I copied all files to \webyep-system\program\opt\tinymce\ (latest version 4.8.2)
But whatever I try, TinyMCE seems not to be loaded. The buttons don't show up in richt-text-editor-windows.
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance,

I think there is an error in the rich-text.php, because there ist no way to activate the Tiny, if I delete the "-" from the folder.. only the "rich-text-plain.php" will be taken!

The ckeditor runs, if I delte the "-" from this folder!

It seems so. I'm not able to detect it. I tried it with different script-integration possibilities in the rich-text-tinymce.php but without luck.

Did you have all the files of ckeditor in the opt-folder? In my version of WY2 there are the folders tinymce and ckeditor, but they were empty...
I finally got ckeditor run on my page. But I'd really apprechiate if anyone could tell me how to activate TinyMCE!

In my opinion. there is not the problem in the rich-text-tinymce.php .. the problem is, that the rich-text-plain.php is taken, if the folder "tinymce" exist.
There is no javascript problem from the tiny!

I'm not able to solve this problem. I hope there will be an update to WebYep2 in the near future!

FYI, don't bother downloading TinyMCE because WebYep uses the CDN Hosted version of TinyMCE (and CKEditor too).

I encountered a similar problem and was able to solve it with a code change.

Open the following file:

Code: Select all

Scroll to line 20 and change it from "redactor":

Code: Select all

Change it to "tinymce":

Code: Select all

I proposed a code change on GitHub, so hopefully it will be integrated into the next release.

Thank you for this solution, TinyMCE is now loading.
But I had to copy all files into the opt-folder of WebYep. In my case it doesn't load the hosted version. Same with CKEditor by the way...
