mixed mode AD and local windows account

Postby madhatter » Fri Aug 27, 2010 6:09 pm

Hi, I'd like to use on a Solaris 10 server 2 sharity mounts

One is already running with the AD username and password.

Now I'd like to add another mount with a local account on the windows target server.

Trying it the following way brings me either :

bash-3.00$ /usr/local/bin/sharity login -s smb://win01 -U sharitymount -P password -D win01
Logon failure.
Error Context: sessionSetupSpnego
User aborted the action

or sometimes
bash-3.00$ /usr/local/bin/sharity login -s smb://win01 -U sharitymount -P password -D win01
Account locked out.
Error Context: sessionSetupSpnego
User aborted the action

The password is fine and correct and the account is of course not locked before the try, However when then "Account locked out" returns it really locks my account on the win box.

on the win box I can see in the logs, there are also several login tries (6) while executing the commands once.

The -D option for a local server instead of a AD is just a guess maybe I'm totally wrong with this.

Does anyone have a hint cause I could't find anything related to this in the Docs.

thanks
Andreas
