[FEATURE REQUEST] Cmd+Q quits applications

Post by aristidesfl » Thu Nov 04, 2010 12:32 pm

Make Cmd+Q quit selected application in launchbar.

This feature is already active when viewing the list of open applications.

However i would like to be able to quit an application thru a normal search without using that list.

Isn't Command-Q already used for Quit LaunchBar, even in that context?

Command+Q quits launchbar in most cases. When inside the Running Applications list, it quits the application instead.

What I want is a shortcut to exit running applications that can be called outside the Running Applications list (in a normal lookup).

Command+Q could be used because I guess that quitting launchbar is not a very common action, so no need to have a dedicated shortcut.
There are already tons of ways of quitting launchbar:
- Context menu
- Special shortcut that can be activated in the preferences (Command+Option+Q)
- Quit application action (Search for Launchbar, press tab, search for Quit Application)
and now we would have an addition to those:
+ Quit application shortcut (Search for Launchbar, press Command+Q)
