How to "unselect all"

Post by pgt » Sat Mar 07, 2009 8:44 am

Maybe I'm just missing this, but I see the "select all" command, but I can't find out how to "unselect all".

Specifically, what I want to do is activated Safari bookmarks, then UNselect all (1414) of them, then manually select a just few to activate.

Right now it seems that I have to uncheck 1414 times in the Safari bookmarks index.

Hopefully, there's an easy way to do this. If not, it would seem like a simple/obvious thing to add.

I'm assuming you're talking about the Safari History in the index panel, correct? If so, click in the panel on the right that holds your safari history, hit Command-A to select all the entries, then hit the Spacebar to clear all the checkboxes.

Is this what you were looking for?

Yes, simple: the space bar. Thanks
