Disabling emoji lookups

Is there anyway to exclude emojis from the lookup list?
I really don't use them, and they seem to get in the way.

You can turn off all emoji in Launchbar in the Index. Right-click on the emoji category in the Sidebar of the Index, and choose disable. Or you can selectively turn emoji on/off in the Index if you want to keep access to some of them.
