Snippets Troubleshooting

Hey all,
I can't seem to get snippets to work as advertised.
LB Help says I can access my LB clipboard, then press tab to send an item to the Add Snippet action, but there's no such item in the menu. I also noticed that my LaunchBar->Actions folder is empty. Do I need to reinstall LB? Thanks.

Perhaps I should add I'm using LB 5.6.4.
