I can confirm, 10.9 GM lists Little snitch as incompatible and moved it to the Incompatible Software folder. I'm sure these developers will have a new version in a snap. :)

Edit: Re-installed the latest nightly and it worked. All is well. :)

I'm also running 10.9. I installed the latest nightly build [LittleSnitch-3.2-nightly-(4048)]. I checked Activity Monitor and LS was using over 1.5GB of ram! What is going on with that?!! I've been using LS for 8+ years and don't remember it being that much of a ram hog. I've since uninstalled it and am currently using a similar app which is only using 26mb!

I've emailed obdev about this issue using 10.9 but have not yet received a reply.

Anyone else having this issue?

Good grief! I had not noticed that. I need to check.

I just checked and have nothing like that going on:

Little Snitch Agent 5.6 MB
Little Snitch Daemon 8.1 MB
Little Snitch Network Monitor 7.9 MB

Interesting....

Are you running 10.9?

I have no idea what would be causing such a massive spike in ram usage :(

Hopefully someone from obdev will be able to figure it out.

Well, it's very sad for me but after 5 days of waiting (and 8 years of being a customer), I haven't heard anything from obdev regarding the extremely high ram usage I've been having. I did some research and have decided to go with Hands Off! Almost every review I read says it is a much more savvy and well thought out product than LS.

After installing Hands Off!, it's using around 15mb of ram TOTAL vs the 1.5Gb LS was using. I emailed metakine and asked if they had a discount for switching from a competitor (I have 5 LS licenses). Within a few hours I was sent a 50% off link.

I am happy with my decision to make a change and hope nothing more than that my frustration will help spur obdev on to be better.

Good luck everyone! :)
