When the connection alert pops up again, just allow port 80 (http) connections from your web browser Forever, and Little Snitch won't bother you again.

If you just allow a particular connection to a specific server, Little Snitch will of course warn you again as soon as you open another web page from a different server. But since it's the main purpose of a web browser to connect to various servers on the Internet via http (port 80) or https (port 443), you can safely allow your browser any future connection attempts to these ports, and Little Snitch won't get in your way anymore.

Same for your chat client. A chat program must connect to various servers on the Internet in order to do its job, so I'd recommend to allow this program Any Connection.

Once you've set up these few rules for those applications that legitimately access the Internet, Little Snitch will only warn you in those cases that really need your attention.
