Import local stored lsrules?

Hi there,

i want to import local stored lsrules to the rules subscriptions but it wont work.
Is this a correct behavior? If yes, is it possible to enable local subscriptions?

Why I need this?
I use a very handy script from an awesome guy from github.
This script loads the current hosts file from Steven Black and split it into multiple lsrules-files to match the 10.000 rules limit.
But - files are now on my local machine - and uploading it manually to a webspace is non sense.
A local import can bring a full automated workflow for this.

# Loading new hosts-file via the mentioned script
# Splitting the file for matching LittleSnitch import rules (done via script)
# Add rules to the subscription and activate the automatic updating.
# Add a simple automator process to run the script weekly.

Done :)

Thanks in advance

Au contraire, I'm glad the developers decided to only allow rule group subscriptions from https sources. It's safer and less likely to go un-noticed. You can serve them directly from Github pages for free. If you'd rather cut corners than take care of your security perhaps it's not the right product for you in any case.

Thanks for the explanation. Makes sense.
Meanwhile the guy from github had updated his tool to provide actual subscriptions.
So everything ok. Sadly I can't find a list/subscription specific for Germany.

You're welcome ! If you find a Germany specific subscription service, I'd be interested to see that if you'd be kind enough to share.

Only good "List" i know is the "EasyList Germany" - its origin content providing is for the common AdBlockers like AdBlockPlus or UBlockOrigin

Here's the link to the "only domain" version of the easylist but i'm not smart enough to build a script bringing the listed domains in a LittleSnitch-Friendly format. Maybe some of you guys are able to provide a solution for this?

Maybe there's even one to extract all domains out of this version of easylist. Its a combined list of "EasyList" and "EasyList-Germany" for a maximum of succesfull adblocking

All those list are listend here:

Would be great if someone get these achievements :)
