I'm interested also in learning when a LS beta will be available for High Sierra?

That would be all of us I guess.

I keep wondering what could be the big issue with every macOS release. Isn't it a matter of recompiling the app using the latest version of Xcode (always released alongside with the new beta)... and a basic test it still works?

Or am I over simplifying things here ;-)

True, that said Mike Bombich owner if Carbon Copy Cloner was, as per usual, first out of the gate last night with a new beta that is seemingly working in 10.13. Kudos Mike.

Come on Objective Development Software GmbH, Nasen zum Schleifsteine! ;)

Obdev are usually pretty quick also, within a week for the past few OS releases.

Also, +1 :)

Anyone know of a good / decent alternative to Little Snitch? I'm so disappointed each time apple releases their newer versions and I having to wait for a long time *every* time....

Three days after /first/ beta release of major new OS is not yet even vaguely a long time for checking if a utility that buries fairly deep into OS before releasing their own beta, or indeed, expectation that would necessarily release update at all during beta cycle. Though I would certainly like to see one too, and as gather fairly typical to do so, but I'm certainly fine with waiting a little while.
