Still waiting for the LS's license I have purchased.

Post by shavital » Tue Dec 04, 2007 4:36 pm

Objective Development seems to sell its products through a third party on-line vendor: I have been waiting and requesting the activation key that I purchased on-line, without any problems, but NO e-mail confirming the purchase and indicating the activation key.
This is not acceptable. I know that Objective Development has been urging the vendor to actually process my purchase: OD keeps me in the distribution of its message to the vendor), but nothing from the vendor.

By the way, LS quit after three hours because, I presume, it is still in demo mode (waiting for the license I have purchased). But I had found out that if you go to Preferences, and activate the Network Monitor, it will start working again. For another three hours probably.

What's with this vendor anyway? Doesn't it want the money, or what?

Registration code received and entered

Finally the vendor reacted to Objective Development's request.
I have entered the registration code (Family License) in two of my home Macs. No problems. The software works much better than the vendor.
Great application. I recommend to block Quick Time Player's port 554 rtsp.
