Re: Mass Storage class over V-USB

Can anyone help me on this source? Saimon has not done this in the same means most examples are. I see he has a few cpp files, but I dont have a cpp avr compiler. I only have winavr. I'm sure I could convert all of this to c as I know both languages well but I was hopping I'm just over looking somet...

Re: resetting my device

Wow, ok so apparently its in the while (!usbInterruptIsReady()) loop at this time. So I have to run a checkAlive in there to test for a low condition over time. This does work, but damn its ugly! During this loop I see the usb data on that pin, but if its held low for the entire loop it returns all ...

resetting my device

Normally this works rather well by pulling the reset line low to my avr, however I'm now forced to use pc6 ( my reset line ) and I'm looking for another way to reset my device. I always though pulling the white usb lead low would do it, but that just "pauses" the usb, it does not do a thin...

Re: Flashing a bootloadHID-unit from Linux

Yeah I sort of would like to know this also. I think you can compile the source if you have a c++ development suite on you linux box but I'd like an application that lets you specify the PID yourself like FlashTool for windows. I dont think one exists but I do think someone out there can make it rel...

Re: atmega8+V-USB to emulate PS3 joypad

huh, guess I have to pat myself on the back for that one, that was all conjecture. Glad it worked my friend. Now I need to figure out how to know if I'm connected to a ps3 or pc... So ps Home was just button bit 13? No extra byre needed? Or only works if you have the maximum packet set to 32(0x20) o...

Re: atmega8+V-USB to emulate PS3 joypad

Ah I see. Not sure I have not got that far. but I had the same issue with the XBOX and needed that asm patch , so I will find out soon. Have you tried messing with the device descriptor? When I was working with the xbox this worked on the XBCD driver. I just told windows I was a full speed device an...

Re: atmega8+V-USB to emulate PS3 joypad

Yeah Mephisto was the guy that made the asm patch.

I'm able to do this with out the patch? the ps3 accepts a stacked packet from me.

Glad you got it to work.
