Same here. And I can finally use the iOS 4.x version after recently acquiring a 3GS to replace my iPod touch 1G.

Still haven't figured out how I want to handle To Do items since iCal's don't sync with iOS (AFAIK), but that's another matter …

Which version of LB around you running? With LB5, try:

Index > Show Index

… or its Option-Command-I shortcut.

Have you restarted Dock and/or Finder (e.g. by logging out and back in again) or your system since trashing and reinstalling the app?

A short Command-Click on an application's Dock icon will usually open the folder containing the app (with it selected). Sounds like you might have held the click too long or did something else to get the menu to appear. Anyway, seems LB is properly installed in /Applications; does its app icon look ...

If you mean the name.vmware/appListCache folder, the files are in a format that LB doesn't understand (yet).

Being an Emacs user, I wouldn't mind Control-G as a shortcut to deactivate LB since sometimes it's easier for me to type than Escape or Command-. Also, in Emacs and vim (and Unix tty-based input in general), Control-[ is equivalent to Escape. Not sure how it behaves relative to the Cocoa Text System...
