config-inc.dist.php

Why have I now got two files in the webyep system folder?

config-inc.dist.php
config-inc.php

Looks like only the config-inc.php is the active one.

Digging deeper on this subject, it looks like a Freeway 5 page and a lightbox installation will produce this overlay problem in IE 6 and 7.

Freeway developers can't see how a fix can be made on the Freeway side of things.

Very disappointing :-(

These are two different issues. In your page in IE the overlay is cut off when scrolling down the page - this is unusual and does not happen in the WebYep demo. When resizing the page, the cutoff does also happen in the WebYep demo but it does also happen in the Lightbox demo itself - so this is a ...

It's most likely due to the page structure. Unfortunately I cannot say what detail in the Freeway generated page code makes Lightbox fail - I'm not a Freeway expert. You might want to contact maxizzat (the author of the Freeway Action Suite). Johannes, I looked at your Web-Yep demo page on a window...

Johannes,

Could you post a link to the test page you did? I can then compare to mine, and see where things might be going wrong.

Thanks.

Do you know why your loop version works, but my page:
http://www.laforcevitale.eu/smallanimals.php does not work in IE?

The site is running Lightbox JS v2.04

What version did you use for your test?

Actually looking at; http://www.lokeshdhakar.com/projects/lightbox2/ on a PC, this page overylay background works OK.

So I assume it might be something wrong with my page, Wep-Yep loop, or how Freeway 5 is building the page.

the only thing that did not work correctly was the background dimming - just the upper part of the page got dimmed. Yes there is a problem with background dimming on images further down the page. The CSS in lightbox has: #overlay{ position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; z-index: 90; width: 100%; ...

Just drop the lightbox folder into the opt folder in the WebYep system folder, and change the links to the icons in lightbox.

The lightbox pop up windows are all working ok on a Mac OS running Parallels Desktop (PC emulation). By the way, could you tell me how do you set (code) the images captions? In Freeway or in WebYep? The code will be generated only when the page is called in a web browser. I can't find a way to alte...
