Re: Browser won't open links
Hmph, shortcuts on the desktop and links from Mail don't work either. I guess it's back to Safari for now.

Browser won't open links
I just switched my default browser from Safari to Firefox and now when I select a bookmark or web search in LaunchBar, Firefox activates but otherwise nothing, the link won't open. I have tried quitting and relaunching both Firefox and LaunchBar, but without luck.

Is there any way to get that file link to work in Firefox? Yeah, the Apple help is sooooo broken in Leopard. It's slow as mud, the links don't give any feedback so I click on them over and over without knowing if something is going to happen, and of course the on-top-of-all-other-windows thing. I'm ...

As fo...

I am curious to know why the configuration is now an application and not a preference pane. I *much* preferred the preference pane. One reason is that I already have numerous applications in the 'Applications' folder and this seems like it doesn't belong. Another problem is the name is rather long (...

Keyboard shortcut conflict
The keyboard shortcut to drop down the context menu, Control-Right Arrow, conflicts with the Spaces shortcut to move to the next Space. I could reprogram the Spaces shortcut but that is not a viable option because the only other options are Option-Right Arrow and Command-Right Arrow which conflict w...

LaunchBar and Spotlight serve 2 different functions (at least, for me). I use LaunchBar to quickly launch stuff, perform web searches, navigate thru folders etc. I use Spotlight to search for stuff. Spotlight's advantage is that it can search the contents of files. It indexes your entire drive (exce...
