My site got infected with malware
WebYep Team, I wanted to let you know that my site was recently infected with malware. My hosting provider has cleaned up all my files and gotten me up and running again. I'm uncertain if the infection came through WebYep or some other third party tool I'm using. My hosting technical support was abl...

Re: Formatting of Gallery thumbnail titles
First things first, I would recommend downloading Google Chrome and start using it for testing/development. Right-button click on the thumbnail (and other elements on the page), will show you a menu. Select the "inspect element" option. Chrome will display the html and css information for ...

Re: Add and display Youtube or Vimeo vids
Panchela, This is easy. Your client must: -Upload the video to youtube or vimeo first -Copy the "embed code" provided by youtube or vimeo -Paste the "embed code" in the rich text editor from webyep, but switch to the "Source" view and then paste the code. -click save, a...

Funky code shows up
Hi Marcus and Johannes, For some reason, there's some funky code showing up at the top of the page. I installed webyep via the online installer and added ckfinder and editor. I followed the same steps I always do, but I don't understand why that code shows up. Once I refresh the page, it goes away… ...

Re: SEO and new url structure in latest WY
What about 301 re-directs? Isn't that the proper way to forward a previous address to the new one?

Re: Previous / Next arrows for skipping through pages
Hi Johannes, The code works great. Currently, when I hide a page within the loop element, it still shows up when the user click previous/next. Example: using the previous/next arrow, the user goes from DOC_INST=1 to DOC_INST=10 with every page page in between showing up. Is there a way the code can ...

Filter by Tag and View All
To Max, Marcus and Johannes, Is there/can there be a way of "filtering" pages, images or news articles based on "tags"? I have no idea what I'm going to to with this feature, but I'm curious to find out if it's possible… The idea I'm playing with is a Portfolio site. I would add ...

Re: News page with 'see more' URL link from summary copy
Hi Johannes! I'm back again with another challenge. I've been using this beautiful piece of code in combination with the loop element and it works great. Is it possible to have this code: <?php if (webyep_bIsEditMode()) { echo "(Link Text: "; webyep_shortText("LinkText", false); ...

Previous / Next arrows for skipping through pages
Hi Johannes and other Wizards of the Web, Is there a way to use Previous / Next arrows to skip through (WEBYEP_DI=X) pages? For example, one of my templates will be called "members.php", I will add to this list regularly. The visitor will click the Previous / Next arrows and skip through W...
