Populate TITLE tag with Short-text element in BODY>H1

I placed a WebYep SHORT TEXT element in the H1 tag in the BODY. I duplicated the SHORT TEXT element in the TITLE tag in the HEAD. On initial page load a bunch of WbYep PHP code is displayed in the browser's title bar. But, on page reload, the H1 short text element from the BODY displays perfectly in...

How do you return to P format after UL has been applied in the LONGTEXT element?

LONGTEXT element starts out as P.
When a UL is inserted i.e.,[* list item] the formatting from then on stays as a UL.
How do you get back to P?
