Terminal actions don't respect chosen Terminal app

Hi, In the settings I've set Preferred Terminal application to iTerm, but when I want to use a terminal action such as New terminal at Folder it opens the ugly default Terminal app. Is there any way to change this? Thanks davemee! You can do the same a lot quicker though: Bring up launchbar and type cmd + R. Or you can type the name of the application and then press tab and type quit.

I think I have the same problem. I want to use the 'quit application' action to quit an application. When I type quit and then press enter, the large type modus appears and displays 'Quit application'. I've made a GIF of it:
