It would pretty easy to get to the tags from the XSL, but I'm not sure how they would be put into the resulting HTML file. I don't think the standard flat-HTML format really supports groupings like tags.

I have a solution to this problem, although it involves XSLT and command-line coding. Using this XSL transformation on delicious.rdf gives a standard HTML bookmarks file that LaunchBar can read. I have cron set to generate the HTML file every five minutes, so that LaunchBar always has my newest del....

If it helps, the bookmarks are kept in the file ~/Library/Application Support/Firefox/Profiles/abcdef.default/delicious.rdf.
