You will need an ICSP programmer.<br />Unfortunately it's a chicken and egg scenario until you get the V-USB firmware loaded for the first time.  Once it's loaded the device will be capable of self programming by using only the USB port.<br />I would suggest something like the adafruit USBTINYISP ( <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.adafruit.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&amp;cPath=16&amp;products_id=46">http://www.adafruit.com/index.php?main_ ... ucts_id=46</a><!-- m --> ) or this one ( <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.sparkfun.com/products/9825">http://www.sparkfun.com/products/9825</a><!-- m --> ) They about $22US and $14US respectively.  I've used both. Hi All<br />Interested in building Obdev AV USB only firmware.<br />Confused with how to firs time program the unit.
