These are not chips, they are modules. I've bought them from Conrad Electronics, order numbers 190276 and 190224 respectively. They may not be available in all countries, but they are listed in the international catalog at <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.int.conrad.com/">http://www.int.conrad.com/</a><!-- m -->.
