I've managed to play around with all the examples and they work fine on OS X but the hid-custom-rq won't work on Windows. I get the error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

I'm guessing it might be to do with the descriptor.
How do I make sure this is correct?
Can you give me any other suggestions to help me debug this further?
