avr doper installation

hi my friend...

any body can help me to build avr doper..?
i have made pcb for it but after that i don't know what i must do with the firmware, avrdebug, avrdudue in avrdoper 2008-04-27 .zip because i'm beginner ....
please,give me some procedure to build it more detail...
