samba or sharity

Hi,
I need your help & advice please,

I have Solaris Application generates over 2 millions files the size of files around 10-80KB. also, I need to copy these file to windows machine

so, which better to use sharity or samba

Currently I am using samba average speed around 12Mbps

There is no general answer to this question. 12 Mbps looks pretty low for samba, so I guess there's something wrong with parameters or even with your network switch. You can try Sharity, the free demo mode is sufficient for this test.
