When I Open an App using launchbar, all others disappear.

I like to drag stuff from other apps onto my ical calendar.
However, when I have, for instance, MAIL open and I hit the hotkey for launchbar and type ICAL, and open ical, my mail app disappears from the screen. If I then use launchbar to re-open mail window, my ical app disappears.
I have to open the "disappeared" app from the dock to re-open it.
Can't seem to find a preference in launchbar that will defeat this action.
Suggestions?

Look under 'Preferences>Actions>Options' and uncheck 'Hide other applications when opening an item'.
