but:
i build it. but jtag dont works.
is this support jtag?

It's OK by my side.
Which pin do you use for JTAG interface?
Can you provide the output from avrdude, so I can check what's wrong.

BTW:
I have made in AVRminiProg support for AVR32 chips.
I don't know if it's meaningful to publish it.

this programmer can emulate avr jtagice mkII . dose this programmer support debugwire?

I have built an Avrminiprog. It works well both in Avrminiprog and Usbsap. Thank you very much!

it work fine and very fast on xp but it can't work on windows 7. Can anyone help me...

See http://www.recursion.jp/avrcdc/driver.html#windows. I have not tried those drivers, but they are supposed to fix the problem.
